How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive a download link on the order confirmation page and by email, typically within a few minutes.

If you don't receive your file

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase and you still don't have your file, email info@casuallegacy.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Lost your download link?

Download links may be limited or expire after a period of time for security reasons. If you lose access, contact us — we're happy to resend your file at no extra charge.
